By booking with Odin Tours Of Orkney you agree to our terms and conditions.
A 25% non refundable deposit is due upon booking, the balance is payable one month before tour date.
The fee does not include any admission, or refreshments unless otherwise agreed.
Please ensure you have taken out comprehensive travel insurance to include any cancellation of private tours and shore excursions.
Cancellation - All cancellations will incur a bank administration fee.
If cancelled 30 to 15 days before tour date - 25% refund of tour fee minus deposit
" " 15 days or less before tour date 0 refund.
Through cancellation by Odin Tours of Orkney, there will be a 100 % refund.
That will be the maximum of our liability.
You can pay by via Credit card. Payment by credit card carries a 3.5 % booking fee. Payment via internet banking and cheque only available for UK guests.
