The island of Hoy enjoys breathtaking scenery, has a wealth of war and maritime history and is of course home to the Old Man of Hoy. I know many of its hidden treasures which I will be happy to share with you.
We offer two driver guided tours of Hoy
On each tour there is plenty of time to take photographs, explore a little bit of the countryside and have lunch. If you would like a bespoke tour I will be happy to suggest an itinerary to exactly meet your requirements.
The Deep Down South Tour
On this tour we will visit the southern part of the island. Including a visit to the Longhope Lifeboat Museum and Memorial, Hackness Martello Tower and Battery, the Gloups and Snelsetter Candle, Wee Fea Communications centre and viewpoint and the Scapa Flow Visitors Centre. We will see many interesting places en route including Cantick Head Lighthouse and Melsetter House.

The Way Up North Tour
We will explore the north of the island and visit Lyrawa viewpoint, Betty Corrigals grave, a walk to the Dwarfie Stane, Rackwick Valley, the Crows Nest, Wee Fea communications centre and the Scapa Flow Visitors Centre. We will see some of the most stunning scenery Orkney has to offer.

Walking Tours on Hoy
These full days tours include a variety of walks in stunning scenery. Each individual tour will have an itinerary to suit your interests and physical ability and may include visiting some of the places mentioned above. Depending on the time of year we may see a wealth of birds and wildlife and many unusual plants including orchids and the very rare Primula Scotica.
